ZGALLERYARTS programmes are educational art programmes created for ceramic practice, research, and cultural exchange. They do not constitute hotel accommodation, tourism services, or hospitality operations.
All workshops and residencies are organised and managed by Z GALLERY ARTS INC., a Canadian corporation.
The property used for workshops and residency programmes is privately owned and made available for educational use by ZGALLERYARTS.
Participation is for artistic and educational purposes only.
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid before the programme start date according to the invoice and payment schedule provided.
ZGALLERYARTS reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment deadlines are not respected.
Prices, schedules, and programme details may be adjusted when necessary prior to final confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation terms:
Flights, visas, travel costs, personal insurance, and all personal arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
ZGALLERYARTS is not responsible for losses resulting from missed travel, visa refusal, transport disruption, or personal schedule changes.
All workshops require a minimum of four (4) confirmed participants to proceed.
A workshop is not considered confirmed until Z Gallery Arts Inc. has issued written confirmation that the minimum enrollment requirement has been met.
If fewer than four (4) confirmed participants are enrolled, Z Gallery Arts Inc. reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the workshop.
Registered participants will be notified as early as reasonably possible and may choose either:
Accommodation provided as part of the workshop package will be cancelled automatically if the workshop does not proceed.
Participants remain responsible for airfare, travel insurance, visas, and any independently arranged travel or personal expenses.
Ceramic workshops involve the use of tools, kilns, glazes, materials, and active studio practice.
Participants agree to follow all studio safety instructions and maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.
ZGALLERYARTS reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if behaviour endangers the studio, the property, staff, or other participants.
No refund will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct or serious breach of studio rules.
Ceramic studio practice involves exposure to materials including clay dust, silica, glaze chemicals, kiln heat, and studio tools.
Some glaze and ceramic materials may contain substances including silica, barium, manganese, cobalt, and other mineral compounds. Participants are responsible for understanding these risks before attending.

ZGALLERYARTS does not provide medical assistance on site. Participants with relevant health conditions are advised to consult a physician before attending and to carry appropriate personal medication.
For safety, technical control, and protection of the studio, participants and students are strictly not permitted to use, load, program, or operate the kiln under any circumstances.
Kiln access is reserved exclusively for ZGALLERYARTS, Zohra Bonnis, and the designated workshop teacher or authorised studio staff only.
All kiln loading, firing schedules, atmosphere control, temperature management, and unloading remain under their sole supervision and decision.
This policy is mandatory and non-negotiable and is intended to protect both the ceramic work and the safety of all participants.
Unauthorised kiln access or use is strictly prohibited.
Kiln access is granted only within a privately owned ceramic studio and is strictly limited to independent residency artists who can demonstrate substantial prior professional experience and safe independent practice with ceramic kilns.
Proof of previous kiln use, studio practice, and technical competency may be requested before approval. Access is never automatic and remains entirely at the discretion of ZGALLERYARTS.
The kiln is privately owned, and access is granted only under strict studio approval, safety standards, and professional responsibility.
Approved resident artists who are granted kiln access do so entirely at their own responsibility and liability.
Neither ZGALLERYARTS, Z GALLERY ARTS INC., nor the private property owner accept responsibility for firing results, kiln damage, personal injury, material loss, technical failure, or any damage arising from independent kiln use.
All resident artists using the kiln must maintain valid personal liability insurance and appropriate health and travel insurance covering ceramic studio practice and independent firing activities.
Proof of insurance may be required before residency confirmation.
Unauthorised kiln use remains strictly prohibited.
Ceramic firing results are never guaranteed.
Variations in glaze, colour, surface, cracking, warping, kiln atmosphere, reduction, oxidation, clay behaviour, and unexpected firing outcomes are part of ceramic practice and cannot be fully controlled.

The property is privately owned and made available for ZGALLERYARTS educational programmes and residency activities.
Participants must respect all studio equipment, kiln areas, shared spaces, accommodation spaces, and private property.
Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or disregard of instructions may result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Z GALLERY ARTS INC. to any participant, resident, or collector — for any reason — is limited to the amount of the programme fee or purchase price paid to ZGALLERYARTS for the programme or item in question.
ZGALLERYARTS is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.
This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
Participants and residents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Z GALLERY ARTS INC., Zohra Bonnis, and the private property owner from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:
ZGALLERYARTS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering a programme due to events beyond its reasonable control.

In such cases ZGALLERYARTS may cancel, postpone, or modify a programme. Where possible, participants will be offered a credit toward a future session, rescheduling, or a partial refund.
ZGALLERYARTS is not liable for any travel costs, accommodation, visa fees, or other personal expenses incurred in connection with a cancelled or modified programme. Participants are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation cover before booking any travel.
ZGALLERYARTS reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, teachers, programme content, studio access, or accommodation arrangements due to:

Photographs and documentation may be taken during workshops and residencies for archival, educational, and promotional purposes.
Participants may request in writing before the programme begins that personal images not be used publicly.
All teaching materials, written content, glaze systems, workshop methods, educational documents, and programme structures remain the intellectual property of Z GALLERY ARTS INC.
They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, taught commercially, or used for resale without prior written permission.
All artworks offered for sale on zgalleryarts.com are handmade ceramic pieces. Natural variations in glaze, colour, texture, surface, and form are inherent characteristics of the medium and do not constitute defects.
All artwork sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available once a sale is confirmed and payment is received.
Collectors are encouraged to request detailed photographs, condition reports, and measurements before completing a purchase. ZGALLERYARTS will provide these upon request.
Shipping risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The collector is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in the destination country.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artist retains all intellectual property rights.
All workshops, residencies, educational programmes, bookings, and related agreements are operated by Z GALLERY ARTS INC., a Canadian corporation.
These Terms and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The physical location of workshops and residency programmes in Greece does not alter the governing contractual structure, which remains under Canadian jurisdiction through Z GALLERY ARTS INC.
Any dispute arising from participation, booking, payment, or programme operation shall first be addressed through direct written communication and good-faith professional resolution.
Where formal legal proceedings are required, the courts of British Columbia, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
ZGALLERYARTS reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.
