All artworks sold through Z Gallery Arts are shipped via specialist art courier services. Packaging is carried out to museum standards — each work is individually wrapped, crated where necessary, and fully insured in transit.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the dimensions and weight of the work, and the destination country. Shipping costs are confirmed to the buyer at the time of purchase, prior to payment.
Z Gallery Arts ships internationally. Delivery times depend on destination and customs clearance. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase.
Import duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Z Gallery Arts will provide all necessary export documentation.
Publications are shipped via tracked postal or courier service. Standard delivery times apply. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Due to the unique and original nature of artworks, sales are generally final. If a work arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographic documentation. Damaged goods will be assessed and a resolution offered on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly recommend that buyers view works before purchase where possible. Private viewings are available by appointment — please contact us to arrange.
